Metrology Equipment Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 1976 and commenced manufacturing and marketing of PRECISION MICROMETERS. The Company has developed Micrometers of all types, ranges, and least counts which have been well received in the market for the last over twenty five years.

The Company has precision manufacturing and quality control setups in a well laid out modern factory covering a land area of 48000 Sft with factory area of more than 20,000 Sft.

In 1982, the Company expanded its manufacturing activities to cover DEDICATED GUAGES AND GUAGING FIXTURES for inspection of auto and allied industrial engineering components that covers the Automobile, Aeronautical and General Engineering Industrial Sectors.

In 1989, the Company introduces almost all sizes of PRECISION MEASURING PROFILE PROJECTORS and has by now supplied over 400 Units all over India. The Company has well-established market for this product. Many of the leading Industrial Undertakings and Research Establishments have patronized the `DELTA' Brand of Profile Projectors, Accessories and measurement accessories over the past Fourteen years.

The first indigenously designed and developed product DELTA 8 DATA PROCESSOR for Geometric Functions was introduced in 1993 for use with Measuring Profile Projectors and currently 5.0 version with improved facilities is being marketed for use with DELTA Profile Projectors and DELTAVISION Video Inspection Systems.

Since 1998, the Company has introduced the Video based `DELTAVISION' inspection systems and these have been well received in the market.

All the above products have been exported to EUROPE. Micrometers have been exported to Europe since 1992 and thereafter other products developed have also been exported.

MEPL has even developed TOOL PRE SETTER.

The Company has all along kept pace with technical innovations and has introduced a number of electronic supports by introducing Computer based measurement software DELTASOFT along with AUTO EDGE System for PROFILE PROJECTOR and for DELTAVISION that have been appreciated by the users.

The Company has also designed and introduced `DELTACOM' ELECTRONIC COMPARATORS to be used in conjunction with Gauging Systems.

To cope up with latest technology Metrology Equipment has developed computer-based measurement software for MULTI GAUGING system and also SPC.

The Company has a well-established captive tool room and inspection setup under controlled environment to ensure quality products to the industrial clients. The Company regularly undertakes design and development of gauging systems to suit clients' needs. In presenting these products, the Company ensures repeatability tests R & R conducted on each system and when required undertakes CO-RELATIONSHIP exercises to ensure customer acceptance and confidence.

Similarly the Company has developed individual computerised software systems for use with dedicated gauging fixtures especially for auto-components such as engine valves, pistons, piston rings and other critical components.

The Company has in-house support from CAD Design and Software Development Divisions to service individual demands from Engineering Industries.
